Order Processing

All enchanted goods and provisions are made to order, intentionally crafted with you in mind. Processing and fulfillment may take up to 3 business days (this does not include shipping time). If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

Shipping information

The Magick Makers now offers $6 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders up to $75 and free shipping on orders over $75.

Now offering international shipping. If you live outside the US & Canada and would like to purchase from the shop, please email hello@themagickmakers.com to place your order. You’ll receive an invoice via PayPal including your shipping quote.

Estimated shipping time is provided by the carrier once they pick up. The Magick Makers has no control over the delivery times.

If the package is damaged during the shipping process, please reach out directly to the carrier (USPS) to file a claim with them.

If any of the items arrive broken, please email me at hello@themagickmakers.com and we can figure out a way to replace or refund the damaged items. I take great care in packing up your orders, so I don’t anticipate issues but you never know.

Exchanges & Returns

Due to the small, handmade nature of my business, I am not able to accept returns. All sales are final. Please make sure you’re happy with your selection before placing your order.
