Shipping, Refunds, & Returns
Order Processing
All enchanted goods and provisions are made to order, intentionally crafted with you in mind. Processing and fulfillment may take up to 7 business days (this does not include shipping time). If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
Shipping Information
Magick Makers now offers $9 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders up to $75 and free shipping on orders over $75. NC Residents receive a special discounted shipping rate of $5.
Estimated shipping time is provided by the carrier once they pick up. Magick Makers has no control over the delivery times.
If the package is damaged during the shipping process, please reach out directly to the carrier (USPS) to file a claim with them.
If any of the items arrive broken, please email me at hello@themagickmakers.com and we can figure out a way to replace or refund the damaged items. I take great care in packing up your orders, so I don’t anticipate issues but you never know.
Exchanges & Returns
Due to the nature of my business, I am not able to accept returns or process refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure you’re happy with your selection before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy
Before registering for one of our magical learning experiences, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy. This ensures you understand our terms before completing your registration.
Online Workshops & Classes
For all online workshops and classes, purchases are final and non-refundable. When you register, you'll secure:
Lifetime access to all workshop materials
Unlimited viewing of the class replay
Ongoing support in our class portal
All digital resources included with the workshop
Since these benefits remain available to you regardless of whether you attend the live session, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for online offerings.
In-Person Events
You may receive a full refund if you cancel up to four weeks before the event date
Cancellations with less than four weeks' notice are ineligible for refunds
In some cases, we may allow a one-time transfer to a future offering, subject to availability
Our in-person events often have limited capacity, so we appreciate as much advance notice as possible for any cancellations. This allows us to offer spots to others who may be on a waiting list.
If You Can't Attend a Live Online Session
We understand that schedules can be unpredictable! If you're unable to attend a scheduled live online session:
The full recording will be available within 48 hours
All materials and resources will remain accessible in your class portal
You can submit questions beforehand to be addressed during the session
Extenuating Circumstances
While we maintain a firm cancellation policy, we recognize that extraordinary situations occur. For truly extenuating circumstances, please email hello@themagickmakers.com. Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion.
If We Cancel
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you'll be offered:
A spot in the rescheduled session, or
A credit toward a future workshop of equal value, or
A full refund
