THE GUILD

Your business doesn't have to look like everyone else's.

In fact, it's better if it doesn't.

Six weeks of guided work—part strategy, part initiation—to build the foundation that honors you and your calling.

The next cohort begins September 16. Only 10 spots available.

Enrollment open August 26 - September 15.

First 3 to sign up receive a 60-minute strategy session with Erin included.

No one talks about this when you start a business.

The doing-the-work part? You've got that. You're good at it. People pay you for it.

It's everything around the work that gets messy. The pricing that feels like a guess. The marketing that feels like performing. The offers that made sense when you created them but don't quite land the way you hoped. The nagging sense that you're building something — you're just not sure it's built right.

That's not a talent problem. It's a foundation problem.

And it's exactly what The Guild is designed to fix.

“The moment when I remembered—oh right, this is an initiatory process. Why did I think I'd just be using my mind and thinking, versus being transformed and alchemizing parts of myself?”

Do you find yourself doing some version of this?

  • Pricing based on what you think people will pay, not what the work is worth

  • Posting content because you feel like you should, not because it's part of a strategy

  • Taking on work that doesn't quite fit because turning it down feels risky

  • Explaining what you do over and over, and watching people's eyes glaze over

  • Wondering why income feels unpredictable no matter how hard you work

None of this means you're doing it wrong. It means you're running your business without a foundation underneath it.

The tactics aren't the problem. The structure is.

“You can be an anti-capitalist witchy pagan and find a way to pay for your life with it. You don't have to lose your edge or put down your heart-work to pull this off.”

What changes when your foundation is solid?

You're intentional about how and where you show up.

No more adjusting prices out of fear. You understand your numbers.

Instead of chasing opportunities, you choose what aligns.

Your offers are clear. You choose the marketing channels that work for you.

Your pricing reflects the value of your work and your values.

Your systems support your capacity.

You move with purpose.

What we build in six weeks

Each week includes live teaching plus co-working time where you actually do the work — not just learn about it.

WEEK ONE: YOUR FOUNDATION

Who you are, what matters, how you want to show up

Most business problems are identity problems in disguise. Before we touch your marketing or your offers, we go deeper. What actually guides your decisions? What do you want this business to do for your life? What kind of work do you want to be known for? This is the work most programs skip. It's also the work that makes everything else easier.

GROUP STRATEGY | Wed, Sep 16 | 2 PM ET
CO-WORKING | Fri, Sep 18 | 2 PM ET
WEEK TWO: YOUR PEOPLE + OFFERS

Who you serve, what you offer, what it costs

Not just who your clients are — what they're actually buying when they hire you. We'll get precise about the transformation your work creates, map your offerings around that, and build pricing that reflects real value instead of market comparison or fear.

GROUP STRATEGY | Wed, Sep 23 | 2 PM ET
CO-WORKING | Fri, Sep 25 | 2 PM ET
WEEK THREE: HOW YOU STAND OUT

What makes your work distinct and how to talk about it

If you've ever struggled to explain what you do in a way that lands, this is the week. We'll build your positioning from what's actually true about you — not a niche you picked because it seemed safe, not language you borrowed from someone else. Messaging that works because it's precise, not because it's loud.

GROUP STRATEGY | Wed, Sep 30 | 2 PM ET
CO-WORKING | Fri, Oct 2 | 2 PM ET
WEEK FOUR: ATTRACTING YOUR PEOPLE

Aligned channels, sustainable content, attracting the right clients

This isn't about growing a massive following or being on every platform. It's about finding the people who are already looking for exactly what you offer — and making it easy for them to find you. We'll choose channels that make sense for your energy and your audience, build a content strategy you can actually sustain, and design a client attraction approach that's about alignment, not volume.

GROUP STRATEGY | Wed, Oct 7 | 2 PM ET
CO-WORKING | Fri, Oct 9 | 2 PM ET
WEEK FIVE: HOW YOU'LL WORK

Client experience, boundaries, delivery systems

The gap between a business that sustains you and one that quietly depletes you usually lives here. We'll design your client journey, build delivery systems that work for how you actually operate, and put real boundaries in place — not the aspirational kind you abandon when things get busy.

GROUP STRATEGY | Wed, Oct 14 | 2 PM ET
CO-WORKING | Fri, Oct 16 | 2 PM ET
WEEK SIX: WHERE YOU'RE GOING

Your guiding principles, decision tools, growth plan

You'll finish with a clear framework for making decisions. What to say yes to. What to let go of. How to evaluate opportunities against what you're actually building. Plus a 12-month strategic vision that you actually want to live inside.

“For the first time, I felt like it was really ok for me to say exactly what I want to do, am good at doing, and who I can best serve while doing it. As a broadly skilled service provider used to being a Jill of all Trades, this was huge for me.”

How we work together

A lot of the magic this program offers comes from the people in the cohort with you. The wisdom, connection, and revelations that come from working alongside other entrepreneurs who are in this work with you makes us all better.

Every week you get live teaching, co-working time to actually build your systems, and direct feedback on your business. You'll have the option to pair with an accountability partner inside the cohort. And you'll leave with a complete foundation — not just notes.

If you've ever taken a program and come out the other side with a folder full of worksheets and no idea what to do next, this is built differently.

“The shift in thinking came from the workbooks and from what I learned from the views of others in the cohort as they processed the same questions. I reached a new level of awareness in finding my personal voice versus my academic voice.”

This is not a scale-fast program

Clear positioning converts better. Stronger pricing improves revenue. Focused marketing reduces wasted effort. Some of that will show up within 60-90 days.

But The Guild is not about chasing bigger months as fast as possible. In the words of one member, it’s an initiation. A rite of passage. It’s about shifting into the work that calls to your spirit. Transforming the way you do your work and establishing sustainable practices and strategies that compound over years.

We build the structure first. Growth follows.

Who is this for

You're in your business. You're committed. And you've hit the point where you know something foundational is missing—even if you can't quite name it yet.

You might be two years in or six years in. What matters isn't how long you've been at it. It's that you're ready to stop winging it.

This is not for you if you're still deciding whether to start, if you want a plug-and-play template, or if you're looking for someone to tell you to hustle harder.

About Your Guide
Erin Harker

I built this program for people whose work is deeply personal, craft-based, or spiritually rooted — and who need strategy that honors that.

You're doing work that genuinely matters to your community and the world. You're incredibly good at what you do. And you somehow ended up also needing to be a marketer, a strategist, a brand expert, and a business owner.

You probably didn't sign up for that part. And most of the business advice out there wasn't built for you anyway.

I got lucky. Branding and marketing strategy isn't just my background — it's one of my genuine passions. And the older I get the more I understand why. Good marketing is really just self-awareness with a strategy attached. It's about knowing your story, understanding your worth, and learning how to communicate both in a way that connects with the right people.

That's what I want to help you do.

Not chase metrics. Not optimize for scale. Not build something impressive that quietly costs you everything.

I want to help you build something sustainable — a business that supports your life, reflects your values, and lets you keep doing the work you actually care about. One that understands money as a tool for autonomy and contribution, not the whole point.

Success here isn't defined by how fast you grow or how many followers you have. It's defined by whether your business is working for you — financially, strategically, and personally.

That's what The Guild is built around. And honestly? It's the only kind of business building I'm interested in helping with.

“Before starting, I thought I might just be refining my copy. Then I had the realization that I no longer wanted to focus on events—I wanted to change the whole base of my business. I discovered a truth hidden inside of me that had been trying to get my attention for a while. I've since totally shifted my main offerings, and I've had dream opportunities show up that are hugely expanding my new direction.”
