Market Info For Vendors, Makers & Readers
Magick Makers Markets
If you are a witchy, holistic, nature-inspired, or metaphysical handmade business, artist, reader, or healer, we’d love for you to join us at one of our upcoming markets, pop-ups, or events.
I’m taking a break from hosting markets for the rest of 2024. Check back here in 2025 for new opportunities, or join our email list to be notified when applications open again.
Who should apply?
We’re especially interested in witchy, witchy-adjacent, holistic, nature-inspired, and esoteric handmade and indie artisans. We love vintage, food, and drink vendors, too! There’s also a special section of our markets and festivals for tarot readers, energy workers, healers, astrologers, and other metaphysical services.
All work should be handmade, finely crafted, or independently curated. No MLMs or direct sales. Our ideal vendors have some relationship to the esoteric, nature, occult, mystical, or spiritual.

Tips for Applying to Magick Makers Markets
Every year more and more amazing artisans and magick makers compete for the same number of spots at the markets. Applications are reviewed and the best submissions are selected to participate. Work is judged according to its thoughtfulness, creativity, and alignment with The Magick Makers vision.
What we look for:
High quality photos
Cohesive offerings and aesthetic
Modern, intentional branding
For past participants, growth and refinement from previous years
Photography
Your photos are the primary focus of the jurying process. Great photos are the most important piece of your application. Here are some quick and easy ways to make sure you’re submitting photos that do your work justice. This doesn’t mean you need to have professionally taken photos, but you may want to get help from a friend who’s great at taking photos. You can take some really amazing photos with just your phone and some minor editing. VSCO and Lightroom are great photo editing apps.
Show your product in action with some context.
Make sure your product is the focal point.
Good lighting makes a world of difference.
Consider showing multiple products in one photo.
Thoughtfully styled photos offer a sense of your overall brand aesthetic and tell a story.
Or, keep it simple and let your products pop on a plain white background.
Attention to Detail
It matters. We’re looking for high quality offerings and craftsmanship which includes your application. If you’re careless with your application, it reflects poorly on the quality of your work. Take the time to review your application before submitting. Make sure that what you’ve written and your photos do your work justice. It shows that you care about your work.
Cohesive Aesthetic & Offerings
The photos and the work you submit should feel like they belong together — this is even more important if you offer a wide variety of products or services. There should be a connection between your offerings that shows your intentional about what you do. This can be showcased in your photos by integrating a similar look, feel, background, or styling decision among all of your photos.
Branding
Your branding is how you tell the story of your work. It shows us that you pay attention to detail and your serious about your work. While your packaging and branding doesn’t need to be expensive or fancy, well thought out and memorable packaging helps you stand out among applicants — and in the overall marketplace. Especially for consumable goods, the branding and packaging is a key factor in the jurying process.
Growth & Refinement
For magick makers who have participated in previous markets, we’re looking to see that your work has continued to evolve over time. Hot Tip: submit new photos of your work. We’re not looking for you to have a completely new selection of products and offerings, but we do want to see that you’re continuing to refine, improve, and create.
The Magick Makers Vision
This isn’t your neighborhood craft market or church bazaar. We feature high-quality goods with modern appeal — heavy emphasis on quality and modern. We’re focused more on artisans, less on DIY-style country crafts. We are looking for offerings that are innovative, unique, and fresh while honoring the esoteric, occult, and spiritual.
