Embodying the Elements: Autumn/Metal
A Workshop with Jennifer O'Sullivan
Saturday, Oct 17 | 2–4 PM ET | Virtual on Zoom
Autumn is the season for harvesting the essentials and letting go of excess, setting the stage for the inward focus of winter. Just as the trees release their leaves before tucking in for winter, this is a time to create space. Autumn’s element is metal, the most malleable substance in nature. It can be reshaped over and over again without losing integrity, reminding us that letting go doesn’t mean loss.
Jennifer will guide us through metal and its associated heart spirit before moving into gentle practice drawn from yoga and qigong. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
