Embodying the Elements: Spring / Wood

A Workshop with Jennifer O'Sullivan

Saturday, May 2 | 2–4 PM ET | Virtual on Zoom

Spring is the time of renewal. From the tiniest flowers to the tallest trees, new life sprouts around us. As the days grow longer, we emerge from winter's shadow with increased energy and a bounce in our step.

The element of spring is wood, admired for its strength and flexibility. Wood is also associated with vision and imagination — making this the perfect time to dream big and set direction.

Jennifer will walk us through wood element's role in the body and inner life, including its associated heart spirit, before guiding us into gentle movement drawn from yoga and qigong. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Included with Kindred Club membership. Limited guest passes available.
