Embodying the Elements: Winter/Water

A Workshop with Jennifer O'Sullivan

Saturday, January 23 | 2–4 PM ET | Virtual on Zoom

Nature goes quiet in winter. What was once vibrant and abundant has retreated into the long night. This is the season to conserve energy, nourishing the seeds that will emerge in spring. Winter’s element is water, more often known for its formlessness and soft power. But the stillness of water in winter evokes the wisdom and bearing of the elders, encouraging us to turn inward for contemplation and reflection.

Jennifer will guide us through water and its associated heart spirit before moving into gentle practice drawn from yoga and qigong. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

About Jennifer

She's also a certified IFS practitioner and is currently completing a graduate diploma in positive psychology and coaching. She brings a rare integration of body-centered practice and inner-world work to everything she teaches.
