Our flower essences come as 30 ml stock bottles. A stock bottle is simply 50% smooth brandy and 50% distilled water. Four drops of the flower’s mother essence are placed in the stock bottle, and it arrives to you ready to use.

The mother essence is a cold water infusion of the fresh flowers which have been harvested ritually, blessed, and infused in the sun for the day before straining and using to make stock bottles. The finished flower essence you receive is a diluted version of this mother essence preserved with the alcohol.

Essences can be taken orally 4 drops, 4X daily. Take neat by placing under your tongue or add to your water. It can be added to your ritual bath or used topically as well.

You can also use your essence in magickal workings to anoint yourself or tools before ritual work, add to spell bottles, tinctures, or oils. It also make a great addition to cleansing sprays and floor washes.

If you practice kitchen witchery, these make a great addition to your recipes to give an intentional boost without altering the flavor.

I recommend keeping a journal to track and record any differences you notice in your feelings and overall energy while taking the essences. Most people begin to notice a difference after 3-5 days. If after 2 weeks you have noticed any changes, you may want to try increasing the dosage.
