Available live and on-demand. Live session will be held via Zoom on Saturday, March 11 at 12 PM ET.
We’re using an accessible pricing model for this workshop. We believe the true value of the workshop is $40. If you have extra to give, there’s a $60 option. If you need a hand, there’s a $20 option.
Through flower essences (the pinnacle of plant and planetary communion), we are able to ‘put our hands on’ the energy we need to shift, as it were, and help ourselves ease into The Next Thing.
This workshop will explore:
Flower essences which can help us to keep a flexible energetic spine
Plant allies which excel at supporting our physical body during shifts
How to blend and structure practices, plant allies and flower essences to create supportive thresholds from one season to another.
Recipes and rituals for working with our plant and planetary communities
How to better understand, work with and lean into the energetic shifts we experience in relationship to our Home, the Earth
Hands-On Shifts includes a one-hour video session (available live and on-demand) along with supplemental materials and access to an online portal to connect with Andi and fellow workshop guests. Lifetime access to recording and materials.

Andrea (Andi; she/they) is a place-based AstroHerbalist living amongst the weeds on Land which holds the bones of her ancestors and now offers a home to her family. It is her great joy and privilege to serve her community of souls and the human bodies they haunt with both compassion and humor. She is the child of colonizers and the people erased by conquest; a storyteller who delights in breaking through to the marrow of a thing and exploring timeless human truths with those who sit with her. Firmly rooted in the Eclectic and Vitalist Traditions, she works one-on-one with clients seeking holistic herbal support, astrological counsel and flower essence therapy, as well as offering community support through workshops, classes and other outreaches. She is the mother of boys, a herder of terrible cats and an aspiring Heathen in the oldest sense of the phrase.
