Musings to Manifestation with Rachel Burwell
What if you went beyond the vision board? What if you created space to explore your intentions and desires? What if your manifestations came from a place of clarity and self-awareness?
During this two-part workshop, Rachel Burwell of Savvy Sage will guide us in her unique method of manifestation based on her studies of new thought movement, earlier texts, and many different esoteric practices. Through this process, you’ll move beyond the aesthetics to focus on the roles intention and self-reflection through journaling and creating space.
This is an all levels class. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
During the first session, you will:
Explore the manifestation process through discussion, guided meditation, and journaling exercises.
Learn the impact creating space has on manifestation.
Learn the roles of musing, intention, and focus.
Take steps to manifest your desires.
During the second session, you will:
Explore the variety of ways to create visual focus.
Choose how you want to represent your vision.
Create your own format for bringing your vision to the material world.
Learn new methods for enhancing your results.
Create ritual to bless and release.
What to bring to class:
Bring your journal and your favorite writing instrument(s).
Feel free to bring anything that aids you in focusing, or makes you comfortable.
Each interactive session is 90-minutes, and you’ll receive additional activities for between and after the workshop sessions.

From Rachel:
I grew up as the daughter of a Methodist minister and a registered nurse who had their roots in the Allegheny Mountains and the folklore of the foothills of Appalachia and its overlay of Christianity. Add into the mix of the spiritual and physical a deep belief in the importance of learning and reading and education and my path was set to merge the spiritual and the physical worlds. My journey included studying psychology and human development and working as a counselor, educator, administrator, and business always seeking to merge the esoteric, the mystical, and the magical into my work. I left full-time employment with state agencies in 2009 and have continued to pursue ways to bring my gifts, skills, and talents to others who are pursuing that journey for themselves and offer a path forward that integrates both the heart and mind as well as bridging the spiritual and physical worlds.
