To Smoke: Roll into an herbal cigarette using rolling papers, pack in a bowl or pipe, or use in a vape intended for dry herbs.

To Brew: Add 1-2 tsp to a tea strainer or muslin bag. Place in your mug and pour 8 oz of boiling water over it. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Add preferred sweetener to taste.
