These blends can be smoked, brewed as tea, added to your bath, burned as incense, or left as an offering on your altar.

To Smoke: Roll into an herbal cigarette using rolling papers, pack in a bowl or pipe, or use in a vape intended for dry herbs.

To Brew: Add 1-2 tsp to a tea strainer or muslin bag. Place in your mug and pour 8 oz of boiling water over it. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Add preferred sweetener to taste.

Mullein: light, woodsy flavor; expectorant, soothing

Mugwort: spicy, nutty flavor with a hint of musk; eases anxiety and induces vivid dreams

Wormwood: light, woodsy flavor; mildly intoxicating, peaceful, calming feelings, relaxes and soothes muscles

Blue Lotus: peace, euphoria, aphrodisiac, sedative

Klip Dagga: subtle citrus flavor; euphoric, calming effect, heightened perception, bliss

Dream Herb: rich, green flavor; improved memory, heightened awareness, lucid dreams, anxiety relief

Chamomile: subtle fruity flavor with hints of honey; supports relaxation, sleep, and stress relief
