Embodying the Elements: Summer + Fire + Earth
Embodying the Elements: Summer/Fire/Earth
A Workshop with Jennifer O'Sullivan
Saturday, Aug 1 | 2–4 PM ET | Virtual on Zoom
The buildup of yang energy during spring peaks in summer. Long days and abundant sunshine foster expansion, growth, and plenty of time to bring spring's intentions to fruition. The element of summer is fire, characterized by heat, passion, and inspiration. This is the season to socialize, radiate, and nourish spiritual bonds.
We'll also work with the earth element, associated with late summer's ripening just before the harvest. Often evoked during transitions, earth welcomes a quality of groundedness to temper the exuberance of high summer.
Jennifer will guide us through fire and earth and their associated heart spirits before moving into gentle practice drawn from yoga and qigong. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
